INTRODUCTORY OFFER
The First Time Teaser Unlimited (valid for 28 days) is available exclusively to new clients. This offer can only be purchased once per person. It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and activates from the date of your first class booking. Any attempt to purchase the First Time Teaser more than once will result in suspension of your membership and you will be charged for any additional classes taken.
WEEKLY MEMBERSHIPS
All memberships operate on a 7-day autopay schedule via the credit card stored in our booking system, Momence (a secure platform). Payments will continue unless you notify us of a cancellation (see Termination Policy below).
Memberships will automatically renew with scheduled autopay unless Baeside Hot receives a written request for termination (see Termination Policy below).
Memberships are subject to price increases, but we will notify you in writing at least 4 weeks in advance of any changes.
Memberships are valid at all Baeside Hot locations.
Unlimited Memberships will incur a $10 No Show or Late Cancel fee for any classes missed or canceled outside the 7-hour cancellation window. A cancellation made within 30 minutes of class is considered a No Show.
Failed payments will incur a $10 fee for each day the payment fails to process. This fee will be added to your Momence account and will be processed with the next membership payment.
On the third day of failed payment, all booked classes will be canceled, and the membership will be placed on hold. The outstanding payment, including any applicable fees, must be paid within 7 days, or the membership will be terminated.
MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSIONS
A minimum of 1 week's written notice is required for suspending memberships. This ensures that payment schedules are appropriately adjusted during the suspension period.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
Baeside Hot requires at least 1 week's written notice to terminate a membership. Please email your request to hello@baesidehot.com.au.
In cases of long-term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.
Baeside Hot reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive, or illegal behavior occurring on our premises or directed at our staff or other members.
